I ended up finding the golf bag cheaper here than on a couple other sites, which was the main reason I went for it. Shipping wasn’t exactly quick, but it showed up fine, and for the price I can’t really complain. The bag was what I needed, the value was solid, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again if I found another good deal.

I mean, I found what I needed eventually, so that part was fine, but wow, the pages were loading slowly and it kind of made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be. Not terrible, just a bit of waiting around.

"Warranty issue handled without the drama"
Had a warranty issue with my club and, you know, I was totally calm about it... definitely not checking my email every five minutes. golfhq actually got it sorted quickly. Their replies were clear, there was no runaround, and they kept me updated the whole way. Really happy with how it all worked out.

My refund from GolfHQ came through quick!!! I thought it was going to take longer, but it got sorted without much back and forth!!! So nice dealing with a return that didn’t turn into a huge hassle!!!

I grabbed a couple of golf items from golfhq it went better than I expected. Shipping was cheaper than I figured it would be, and there weren’t any of those random surprise fees at checkout that online stores always seem to sneak in. The package showed up fine, everything was in good shape, and the whole thing felt like a decent deal. I’d order from them again.

Overall, the fit was good, but it did feel a little snug on me. It’s wearable, just not quite as comfortable as I expected, so I’m hoping there’s some way to make up for that.

In the end, my shipping issue did get sorted out and the answer from golfhq customer service was helpful enough. The only frustrating part was how long it took them to reply. I had reached out about a shipping update and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, which felt a little too slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I definitely wish their response time was quicker.

"Exchange was fine, but I felt a little ignored at first"
I had to exchange a golf shirt for a different size, and overall it ended up going smoothly. I did feel a bit ignored in the beginning while I was waiting to hear back, which was a little frustrating, but once customer service replied, things moved fast. The replacement showed up sooner than I expected, so no major drama in the end. I’d probably order again...

I ordered a club that turned out to be on backorder, which was a little disappointing at first. But golfHQ handled it the way a company should. They emailed me right away, kept me updated, and didn’t just leave me guessing. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but at least I knew what was going on the whole time. As soon as it shipped, they sent the tracking info quickly. I really appreciate that kind of honest communication, it’s just the right way to treat customers

"Good golf balls, wrong glove size"
I got the golf balls and glove, but they sent the wrong size glove. As someone who plays regularly, glove fit actually matters a lot, so that was frustrating. The return process wasn’t difficult, but it was still kind of annoying to deal with

I ordered from golfhq and made sure to check the return policy first, because I always do that before buying online. It was clear, clear enough that I didn’t have to dig around or read a bunch of confusing wording like on some sites. I could quickly see the return timeframe and what condition the items needed to be in, which made me feel a lot better about placing the order. No issues at all, and I’d definitely use them again

The product itself was fine, but the packaging was kinda poor. It looked like it had been through a dramatic action movie before getting to me. Love a little suspense when opening a delivery, apparently.

"Good club, slightly suspicious box"
My order from GolfHQ.com showed up right on time, which made me a little suspicious because when does shipping ever work that smoothly? The club itself was in good shape when I opened it. The box had a small dent on one corner, like maybe it had seen something it wasn’t supposed to see, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The grip and head looked clean, aside from one tiny scuff I can live with. Overall I’m happy with it, but the packaging could’ve been a bit better.

"Helpful enough, but a little slow to respond"
I reached out to customer service because I had a few questions about my order, mostly just wanting to make sure everything was still on track and that I understood what was happening with the shipping. When they did get back to me, they were polite and answered what I asked, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual service itself. The only thing is that the response took longer than I was expecting, so if you’re someone who needs a quick answer, that might be a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just kind of average. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry or needing something by a specific date.
